Jeff Wilson is a marketing futurist, management consultant and customer acquisition specialist. For over fifteen years Jeff’s work has assisted many leading global B2B and B2C enterprises to significantly improve how they attract and engage prospective customer to turn them into profitable relationships. Past clients include HP, IBM, Home Depot, ING Direct, Symantec, and Syngenta.
Most recently Jeff designed, developed and built the MV1 Canada brand with the result of completely selling out the vehicle across Canada within 7 months of launch. Jeff’s responsibilities included marketing, business development and partner channel strategies and execution. Jeff expanded MV1 Canada’s reach into the market through innovative community and non-profit programs as well as securing corporate partnerships to add value to the MV1 product offering. Lastly, Jeff was involved in the product and pricing strategy which combined with the marketing out maneuvered both Shoppers Drug Mart and other major accessible vehicle providers.
Jeff’s work is based on a deep understanding of the emotional side of human behavior and how to influence people in online, mobile, social and sales environments to drive measurable growth in qualified leads, improve conversion and build positive brand presence.
Jeff’s professional writing and speaker career is growing. He is a frequent contributor to business and marketing publications as well as being a speaker on the topics of customer acquisition, influence, and customer experience design.
Jeff is highly networked within the community service and non-profit sector. He currently provides marketing consulting services to Canada Cares, a leading caregiver charity in Canada.
Wayne Proulx

With 32 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Proulx was most recently the Director of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Toronto’s Conservation & Demand Management (CDM) Program, developing a $75 million incentive program which the Ontario government endorsed as one to be the template for the rest of the Province.
Mr. Proulx will be leading commercial sales as well as public sector relationships across Canada, including the property management, large enterprise, institutional and condo corporation segments. He currently sits on the Executive Committee of the EC3 Initiative wanting to deliver electric vehicle infrastructure to the Province of Ontario.
In his previous position as National Manager, Energy & Environmental Services for GWL Realty Advisors Inc. Mr. Proulx was responsible for the development and implementation of a national energy management, health & safety and environmental stewardship and governance program for their national real estate portfolio of approximately $12 billion.
Mr. Proulx served on the BOMA Toronto Board of Directors from 2004-2008 and was awarded BOMA Toronto’s 2005 President’s Award for his commitment to the success of the Association. During, and before, this tenure, he was Director of Advocacy, Director of Energy & Environment, Chair of the Energy and Environment Forum and the OPA CDM Oversight Committee and managed the ‘Strategic Energy’, ‘Go Green’ and ‘Earth Award’ Committees.
Mr. Proulx was instrumental in the development and implementation of BOMA Canada’s national BESt/Go Green Environmental Certification Program for Commercial Buildings and the BOMA Toronto/Ontario Power Authority (OPA) Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Program.
Wayne speaks regularly across Canada and the United States, and is a published author, on ‘practical’ climate change, energy efficiency, environmental governance and risk management in the real estate industry and consults with government agencies on the ‘built environment’ energy and environmental management disciplines.
In 2005 he was recognized by the Government of Canada (Office of Energy Efficiency) and the City of Toronto for having created the first Climate Change Plan for commercial real estate. In 2007, he was invited to consult with the Government of Mexico as part of NAFTA’s Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) on the development of green building assessment protocols.

Alan is a dynamic, innovative professional with 14 years of experience in the financial services industry bringing technology and business together to develop superior solutions at Morningstar Research Inc. His experience in Project Management and Product Management together with a strong operational background makes him the ideal individual to round out the Adaptability Canada team.
At Morningstar Alan’s focus on continuous improvement and growth saw him work his way up through many departments to eventually head up the Product Management team for the Canadian division. His commitment to excellence in customer service was a key factor in solid client relationships with firms like Royal Bank, Scotia-McLeod, Sun Life and Fidelity to name a few.
Alan will be tasked with developing the business processes and operations to integrate with Aecon and Adaptability Canada’s partners and suppliers in order to support the sales and marketing organization across Canada.
